    About Me I am a counselor & hypnotherapist with a private practice in Eugene, Oregon. I work with individuals, couples, and groups. I have been in practice since 1989, and over time, have become more interested in using hypnosis to access healing & imagery for change, creativity and profound learning. I first learned about hypnosis when I was 12 years old. My family was especially stressful at the time and I couldn't sleep. I read an article about hypnosis in the Reader's Digest (of all places!) - and started practicing self-hypnosis to be able to sleep. Forty six years later, I can usually still fall asleep within 3-4 minutes.
